  It is a good value for money.We drove to Manosque by car to visit provencial villages. The apartments were clean, convenient and offered a good value for money. If you want service (we didn't) then don't stay here. If you want a comfortable, clean, simple, base for exploring Avignon and its environs for a few days it's secure, convenient and good value.
