Very calm. Perfect location next to the pedestrian zone in the old town where you will find lots of reataurants and bars. Public parking just few minutes from the place for 17€ per day. Both beaches very near. The place is a bit expensive for 180€, but for cannes and the quality offered it was a fair one. We liked the place and had a nice time here.

  The setting is lovely - green and away from the bustle of Cannes but near enough to walk into Cannes (as long as you don't mind a bit of walk and can cope with a hill which we can).The pool, though not large, was great for our 12 year old who spent the mornings in it.   The view of the harbour and the beach staff were wonderful and the two sisters who ran it worked their socks off to please love the whole resort and the beaches out of this world sea very clean - Location, fantastic sea facing rooms, nice staff,very clean. I would use this hotel again.
