Very clean and just fabulous atmo - It was a really nice place were to be. Room was absolutely clean and every morning we had clean towels in bathroom. From the window we could see the bay and it is really comfortable to go to Monaco or Nice (bus stop is really close to the hotel). The beach is not too far from hotel, just 10 min walking. Owner was really gentle, friendly and explain us everything, plus he was able to speak French, English and Italian.
