  Great location and less than 10 minutes walk to the Monte Carlo Casino, Hotel du Paris and shops; everything is in walking. The room was fine and clean and we had a balcony overlooking the street.   Hotel is located right on the sea edge, very rare for the South of France where normally the first line of hotels is across the road from the sea.
