  The staff at the desk were so friendly and helpful giving us plenty of information and assistance. We parked on the street and could see our car from the hotel window. Walking to the champagne houses and taking tours was wonderful. We will return again and stay in the same place. I was impressed at the outset with the friendly staff. They went out of their way to help us and were very happy to do it. Can't say enough about them really. This made the stay.
