  Staff are all on board and enthusiastic. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The spa and pool is a treat after skiing. The location is not a problem because of the efficient shuttle service.

  The staff, were excellent and were very attentive, especially in the dining room. Breakfast was lovely and the room we had was very cosy with wood finish everywhere. The indoor spa/pool was excellent, the outdoor pool also looked tempting - Our third time staying at fer a cheval and it never fails to delight.   Great facilities, excellent location and can ski to the door. - The Amara/Amena was in general a nice new complex and the service was good. Good parking under the complex. Good access to slopes. Restaurants in the area quite good but a bit expensive. Le Lodge served a very nice lunch duck skewer.

  The Chalet du Mont d'Arbois is an amazing place, in a great location close to the lifts and just above town. There is absolutely no way anyone can have a justifiable complaint about this place unless (a) you're a strident animal rights activist (as pretty much every guest is in head-to-toe fur), (b) you're wierded out by taxidermy (now I know why ... 别人怎么说 » there are no sizeable animals in the French Alps -- they've all been killed and stuffed in this hotel), or (c) you don't have enough money to get in t - - beautiful and stylish 4* mountain hotel - very welcoming and helpful staff - free shuttle takes you to the ski slopes or the city center any time during the day - great sauna-swimming pool area

  We were only there one night this autumn so didn't get to make the most of the gorgeous property and gardens.
