  We stayed at the hotel because it was convienient, we have stayed there 3 times before, the hotel is fine, the staff are friendly. We do not stay for breakfast so I cannot comment on the food. The room was large (112) and had a nice bathroom and shower - That we had a roof over our heads.

  Good location, short walk to city center and to all attractions. Room is simple and clean, bed was comfortable. Bathroom was spacious and clean. Kitchenette and fridge was useful. Didn't have breakfast in the hotel so could not comment. Only stayed for 3 nights, didn't have room service or change of towels.   Really enjoyed the relaxed and peaceful atmosphere / location. Staff and management very friendly and welcoming. Room comfortable and spotlessly clean and uniquely in my experience there were tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Like the emphasis on running the hotel in as eco-friendly a way as possible - I felt welcome - and my three border collies were made very welcome too as soon as it was seen that they were well behaved and quiet. Other guests were unobtrusive, friendly - and most were probably retired and a nice mix of nationalities. The hotel allowed me a comfortable and relaxing few days. The menu that was provided for "demi-pension" was delicious. Breakfast was a varied and generous buffet.
