  We were very delighted when we saw the house that we had rented. The pictures didn't do it justice. It was a fantastic place to relax. The beach was beautiful and if you just want to get away and enjoy yourself it is lovely.   The apartment had an amazing view over the sea. We had a huge deck and the living area was spacious. The town of Cargese is in easy walking distance and there are many restaurants to choose from. The town is a great place to start a boat tour to the Scandola Reserve.   We really enjoyed staying at this place. The hostel (gîte) was very clean. We had an amazing view on the mountains from a terrace where we had breakfast. Even though it is situated a bit far from “big” cities, its location allowed us to see both west and east seasides of Corsica (it’s better to rent a car for this). The hosts are super nice.
