  We loved our room overlooking the harbour. Great bathroom, clean and tidy and the staff were very patient with us as our French was very bad but they were so nice and tried to accommodate us in every way - breakfast was very adequate for us and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay during the WRC Championships!   I read all the comments on this site in advance and I had doubts about booking: shouldn't have: it was great! No problems with parking the car, no problems doing a few stairs with the luggage. The room was clean, the airco worked, the pool was wonderful, the location excellent!   Location 4 km from airport, beautiful bathroom, private terrace opening onto huge garden, excellent restaurant and generous buffet breakfast.   Good location for wandering around Ajaccio. Reasonably modern facilities and the buffet breakfasts were plentiful, varied but basic. The staff were really helpful and with enough English to be able to have good conversation. The hotel's garage was much cheaper than city parking stations and was nice and close - but only available on our second day - pity t - The hotel is very close to the beach, shops and downtown, although it's not in the main street, so it's peaceful and quiet.   The views from the rooms on the sea-side are more like being immersed in the ocean view rather than just looking at it.
