  The chateau was gorgeous, inside and out! The chateau sits on a river, just outside (5-10 min drive) of Saint-Emillion. We stayed in the Songe room, which was very cozy and beautifully decorated.   Made to feel that you are welcome and not just another guest by Ed and Ineke from the moment that you arrive. Nothing was too much trouble. We stayed for 4 nights in the apartment which was far bigger than we expected. Bedroom large, kitchen enough facilities to be self catering if you wished.
