  We must say it is a very nice hotel running by very very nice people. We stayed three nights. On the second day, my wife got allergy and couldn't go out. This room was a very large king bed room with a huge luxury bathroom. High quality facilities. Restaurant was pricey but very high quality gourmet cooking. They served on the outdoor terrace which was beautiful. First class terrace & service set among their winery overlooking miles of grape vineyards. Eat there for sure. We planned to eat there once and ended up their both evenings.

  I had been to St Emilion many years before and knew I wanted to return. It felt like a bit of a crap shoot when I booked this hotel (there are not a lot of choices within the town limits). What a pleasant surprise. The hotel is conveniently located near a main entrance to town so available parking is very close. The town is pretty quiet at night but even so, we could have our windows open and not hear people caro - We booked the 3rd floor Imperial Suite that was very well equipped with dishwasher, microwave, cooktop and all the necessary dishes etc for an extended stay. We were only there 2 days and really didn't need all those amenities, but if you wanted to spend several days wine tasting and seeing the area. It is the place to be.
