The staff was very friendly and spoke English we'll. The apartment was very modern, well equipped and spacious. The terrace was huge with a nice view of the mountains - even on the garden side. The wifi was excellent. There was a very nice supermarket just outside of the property that was handy for an apartment-style resort. The pool and grounds were beautifully maintained. Very clean apartments. Dishwasher, oven & hob & microwave in kitchenette, although only ate breakfast in apartment. Two shower rooms, took a 6 person suite even though only 4 of us. Terrace area was huge and had table and 6 chairs as well as wicker settee. Large pool and sun area where you could buy drinks and ice cream.
所有评语 » We were very impressed with the apartments at Salina Bay. The residence and grounds are kept in immaculate condition and the pool is lovely. Great location for exploring the beautiful Island of Corsica. Receptionists very helpful. Would definitely recommend. Very nice, clean, modern rooms with a lot of space. Good location in walking distance from the harbour. Supermarket next to the apartments so getting your own groceries was easy. Parking right outside the apartment. Beautiful swimming pool area. Wifi ok. The location close to the harbor was good. The resort was very clean and staff was speaking good English and very helpfull. Nice swimmingpool and enough space around it. The appartment itself was nice and modern looking with a good size balcony. Rooms on the pool side have a great view. Apartments are a good size for 2 people. New and clean. Great large balconies. Nice gardens. Quiet setting. All amenities of a house present. Spacious apartment - all brand new. Laundry (washing machines and driers) are on each floor of each building for 5 euros. Big supermarket is just across the street - 2 mins walk. beautiful resort and all the apartments are new and very clean; the pool area is also very nice; very close to the center of Porto-Vecchio but also a 10 min-ride to the beaches. The apartments were very spacious and the residence was extremely well situated. The staff were superb and very, very helpful. We are already looking to return next year. Very helpfull staff. Location is nice and quiet. Close to old town, harbor and grocery store. Beautiful and very clean apartments. Short driving distance to beaches. The apartment was modern and had nice views.Kitchen excellent,but no kettle!!Rooms big enough,and beds very comfortable.Close to casino market for food shopping. Lovely clean and spacious apartment. We had a deluxe 2 bedroom overlooking the pool.The staff at reception were most helpful. It was spacious and imaculate, I was very impressed by the facilities. I would highly recommend this as aplace to stay. beautiful hotel, friendly staff, modern design, grounds very well kept, near to the port, very comfortable stay. Excellent Apart/Hotel , great location , very friendly staff , clean modern , value for money. Almost everything was excellent. Actually hotel is better than descripted. the staff,the location,the quality of the apartment,the facilities. The location, the quality of the grounds and the development. The residence was luxurious, all clean and modern. New modern accommodations. Friendly staff. Liked the location , security ( door on the apartment is like fort Knox), and cleanliness of apartment. Towels are not included in the room price, but are available at check-in for €5 per person. Soap and shampoo are also not supplied. This was more of a surprise than an annoyance and did not detract from a very enjoyable stay. No kettle even though I requested one (used a pan to boil water). No coffee machine. Hot water in shower tended to go cold after 3 showers, one of us always ended up with a cold shower! Pool, although nice, could have benefitted from heating slightly!!. Nothing extra in the apartment ie. toilet paper, towels, hairdryer, soap all needed to be provided by yourself. I guess this can be normal in an apartment hotel, but I have stayed in rented flats and other apartment hotels before and this was the first time that these things were not provided. Minor detail but bear in mind when packing for the trip. The main thing we did not like were the beds (really not good at all). Beside that the Wifi was lost because off lightning and this was not repaired within the last 5 days of our stay. The buildings themselves are a bit too large and tall. Just too much concrete. Location is good but you need a car to go to the beach. The apartments are really lean: no hairdryer, no soap or shampoo, you need to buy it all (but supermarket very near). Towels available for extra cost. The only facility on site is non-heated swimming pool. Wouldn't hurt to have a kids playground, especially given the fact that most guests are families with children. Very slow wifi. Far from old town center (good 15-20 min walk uphill) and far from beaches (you need a car). If you are only going for a few days be aware that the apartment doesn't have any supplies (ex. hand soap). They sell a cleaning pack at the reception and also rent towels but does not include soap. If I had to make a negative comment, and it is difficult to do, then it would be that the only facility on site is a swimming pool. If you wanted lunch or a snack then you either return to your apartment or go out. It would be convenient to have a snack bar or restaurant on site. Apart from this there is nothing else that is negative about the place. Nothing. Only negative for me was the fact that there was no hand rail for the stairs to the apartment block. most of week no one next door, however for the last 2 days a family moved in with young children and it was very noisy in our sitting area. Didn't spoil the holiday as couldn't hear them from the bedrooms. They had lots of rules, but having said this, it meant that everyone could enjoy their stay, but it was written in a very militant style. nothing bad to say. Nothing to dislike. Maybe drawback followed relates to region administration. If you plan to visit port by foot, and especially with buggy, you will be upset by pavement absence. Lack of information in the apartments about the local area. Washing machine 5€ it's out too far. We were charged for towels and wash clothes, and no toiletries provided. There wasn't a lot of basic stuff in the apartment like an iron or hair dryer for example. You have to pay for your bath towels per set ( hand and bath) and can only get them from the front desk, washing the dishes (and running the dishwasher) is a requirement, but they do not provide any sink soap, dishwasher soap, sponge nor dish towel with which to do it. Ridiculous!.
