  We stayed at the hotel on the night of 23-24 and 26-27 September. The first time the cleanliness was good the second time there was breadcrumbs in one of the beds and the floor was sticky (not cleaned). It is a good location for exploring that corner of France down to the Spanish border and up into the Pyrenees,there is easy access to local buses into Perpignan itself. Above all the staff - Nice room with comfortable bed and separate shower and toilet rooms. All was very clean and pleasant. The location was just out of the city (Perpignan), but still offered quick access by car. Staff were very helpful.
