Looking for a hotel during our trip north through France. This is a really beautiful hotel, being newly refurbished, although not a very large room. Isabelle on the front desk was most charming and suggest you do what you can to keep her. A good asset. The hotel could not be more central (without knocking down the cathedral and moving!. Undergoing remodeling while we were there but staff tried to smooth things over. We loved the redesigned rooms, beds, desks. New front entrance will facilitate drop off of luggage. Free parking across the street. Centrally located near Cathedral. Good value.
所有评语 » The bed, it was sooooo comfortable and unlike some 'continental' hotels was actually a super king size not two singles pushed together! The receptionist on our arrival - saturaday afternoon was very friendly and helpful. Friendly help to solve my baggage lock problem. Willingly cancelled my third night when I had to suddenly change travel plans; no charge, pleasant service All staff very pleasant. Fantastic location with free parking next to the river across the street. Hotel is adjacent to the church. Staff really helpful and friendly. View from window great. Wonderful town anyway! Breakfasts amazing. Right by the beautiful Cathedral de Saint Front and the medievel city. I loved it. Great location for visiting the town and the region. Friendly staff. Staff, food and location. The location is very good for both a view of the river and access to the city. localization. Room was clean. Nothing. Nothing. New design of showers leads to wet floors; in process of being changed. The crane outside our room somewhat impinged on the view but we understand that it is for essential building works. Thie choice at breakfast was limited even though it was only 0945. I found the lighting, especially in the bathroom, to be too glaring. There was air conditioning in the room, but it was centrally controlled and was just not cool enough making for a poor nights sleep. Rooms a little cramped for a longer stay. All was good, thank you :). There was a major construction exercise and dust everywhere . the only concessation was a free breakfast!. the air conditioning, too hot!. It was a building site. Hotel in middle of major renovations. Concrete dirt & dust in foyer. Car space unusable due to scaffolding. No lobby computer as advertised. Major disappointment. Major noise weekdays. Never again! Should have been given big discount or no bookings should have been taken. Neither applied, of course. Staff were embarrassed and apologetic. Will be giving major negative review elsewhere & complaining direct to IBIS. It was a construction site. You should NOT promote this hotel until work has finished. It was the worst hotel experience in 40 years of world travelling. AND I had to pay for it. Disgraceful.
