  The hotel was excellent in all respects. The room was the largest I hadin the nine places I stayed in France. The staff was friendly and fluentin English. There is ample parking inside the gate. Easy access toshopping, food, the chateau. Overnight laundry service, but I used thelaundromat around the corner.   The location was fantastic and the apartment had everything that we needed- including a washing machine- vital for a family with a toddler. Pau is gorgeous, we could have easily spent a couple of days exploring the city.

  Clean and easy to find...did not realsie that there was no loo in the ensuite until I got there...I may have misread the details - Staff was friendly and accomodating, there was wifi in the lobby, the coffee was good.
