Location is great. You have two metro stations very close. One that can get you to some of Paris attractions directly, and another one that gets you to gare du nord directly. Pretty handy. The entrance to The Catacumbs is just at the end of the street. The neighborhood is nice, you feel secure at night and at the morning the street is full of life. Wifi is great, and has two hotspots (one for the rooms and one for the reception), but you have to ask for the password. Room was ok, but I wasn't e.
所有评语 » I loved the location, Rue Daguerre is a bustling street with plenty of bars, cafes, nightclubs and restaurants as well as a lovely market. You are within 40 mins walk of the Eiffel and Notre Damme, or alternatively there are very close metro stations at each end of the street. There is free parking in the local streets at weekends and holidays.The hotel staff were very friendly, the hotel clean and comfortable. The hotel also has a nice little courtyard to sit and drink a bottle of wine before . The location was perfect for me: easy to get anywhere, only a short walk from metro and RER B (direct to airport), in a market street with delicious fresh food and lots of bistros as well. The room was tiny indeed, but newly furnished with friendly decour, clean, had everything I needed, and you don't come to Paris to sit in a hotel room after all... Stuff was helpful, with fair English. Fantastic place - chique, funky, modern and stylish. Ideal for young people. The location is Perfect - just 10 minutes walk from main Montparnasse street with vast selection of different restaurants, creperies and shops and only 10 min walk from train station Denfert-Rochereau there you can get train to Charlle de Gaulle airport. Very good value for money. a very well situated and affordable hotel .rooms are small but accommodative ,very cozy ...market place nearby ,for muslims halal restaurant is also close by ....metro stations also close by ..overall it was wonderful staying there ..and highly recommended for travellers.. Not too far away from the proximity of the metro. Also, what the neighborhood had to offer was ideal - a good taste of France (different restaurants, cafes, etc). I also liked that towels were provided and we had a private bathroom. The location is excellent on a street with cafes bakerys and all sorts of food shops. Very close to the metro and RER. Like a cracking sound. It didn't botter me but it made me feel a little self-conscious. I didn't like the fact that so many people slated this place on booking and tripadvisor, as for the money you get excellent service and location. It is only a 2 star hotel and for the money you really cannot have anything to complain about. It is right in the centre of Montparnasse!! The walls are thin, but get out and explore, don't stay in your room. Breakfast is overpriced, eating out in one of the market's bakeries is a much better choise. No fridge. Its very noisy in the morning if you are staying on the first floor of hotel, as they have cobbled floor on patio and luggage bags with wheels create enormous amount of noise. well there was a lot of disturbance both by day and night .people walking on the roof ,outside the room ....but it was okay :). Even though the room was advertised as non smoking, it was obvious there had been previous smokers in the room. The hotel was very noisy; the walls don't act to insulate the sound very well at all. Each room has a TV (French channels only) which doesn't help, and even other guests returning as quietly as they can seem quite loud. door closing makes very big noise, some people speak very loud at night, control of shower temperature not easy. A bit dark in the night around the place I felt a bit scary. The walls are not sound proof. small sized rooms. Room / bathroom v small. Plug hanging out of wall near bed, with wires exposed; reported 3 times (Fixed temporarily but not properly). Minuscule shower and lift. Plastic covered mattress. Continental breakfast is not worth 9 euro. Better to walk two blocks to the market or a restuarant. Very small room but then we used to it. equipment is just so so. a bit noisy. and the room is so hot. Breakfast seemed over-priced. Poor facilities. sound insulation - I woke up when the neighbors were opening their door for all that I sleep very soundly. The door lock is very stiff and extremely noisy. No hair dryer in the room (#28). you can hear the tv of your neighbours and more so bring earplugs. - Too high price for that level (85€ per night on a short term booking) - room on ground floor was odd - cold stone floor - bathroom and shower odd - interior and bed a little bit odd - no hairdryer - very noisy floors and thin walls. The walk outside at the back of the hotel in the pouring rain to get from reception to "the room". The facilities in the room were reminiscent of the youth hostels I stayed at in Jugoslavia as a student 50 years ago. Room to small to put a chair by the desk. Needed to sit on the end of the bed to work at the desk. Noise from the lift. Noise from the adjoining rooms. Do not try arranging a taxi in this hotel they do not have preferences with taxi companies and so you WAIT... Overpriced. The room is clean but really very small. Walls were really thin, We knew all the discussions and the activity of the couple on the next room... :S During the night (2am) the neigbours where doing a party in a terrace just over our room. I asked the recepcionist to do something, he just put his hands on his pockets and simply ignored me... Price is over stated for such a room Room is completely dark, small and cold; bathroom is very poor (I didn't risk to take a shower). i got many hotel from letsbookhotel.com and all hotel was very nice but you write modern hotel for tipi hotel . please change and write very chip hotel because here is in very chip area and inside hotel is damage dirty smal and no standard room.
