Fantastic location, Montmartre is an interesting, lovely and vibrant area. Well-contained flat and the owners have left helpful info for guests including a book they made with local info and recommendations. Really nice feel to it.

recommended by the owner of premises, he was very helpful and the

Location.
Location was great - short walk to metro.
Too small for 3 people and definitely not for a family. The bedroom fits only the bed in it so no room for luggage. Only recommend for a couple or a single.
Access codes and keys to enter their apartment were complicated.

Apartment was ground floor and very noisy from the other tenants in the building. Fold out couch in living room too small for anyone other than young child.
