  Very close to good public transport. It is still within reasonable walking distance to the centre though. About 15 minutes. Correct laneway access does confuse satnav as it dosn't recognise street. But we still found it easy enough though. Good value for money. He sorted out our car parking personally for us, which was much appreciated as the redevelopment of the tram system is stressful for driving. Fine ,adequate breakfast.
