For us, the location was extremely convenient, as we had 2 large suitcases, we were able to get off the train, exit the station and go straight to our hotel. Check in was welcoming and efficient, with a very helpful orientation of city sights and where to eat. Room was very modern and cleverly designed (eg. open shelving). Free wi fi access. It was very well located at the TGV station and a lovely walk to the main area. Heaps of restaurants and the main tourist attractions all nearby. The car rental companies were right there as well. I would stay again and recommend this hotel. Oh, and it had English news stations and sport!.
所有评语 » I highly recommend the Ibis Styles in Nimes. Lovely room in a newish hotel in a lovely city. Absolutely nothing to complain about ... They have a 'good night' guarantee like Premier Inn in the UK, the rooms are nice, the beds are comfortable, and the breakfast was scrummy!. The location right by the train station was so so convenient. And you could walk through the station and then up a beautiful tree lined street to the arena and old city. So relaxing. Comfort and cleanliness. Lovely friendly and helpful staff. Willingness of staff to help and advise. Comprehensive and value breakfast. Proximity to SNCF and local attractions as well as regional buses right opposite. Clean, comfortable & quiet. Secure baggage storage. WiFi worked. Excelent hotel, friendly staff, very nice room, conveniently located near the train station - and it was a nice location. Breakfast was included in the booking price and was excellent. New, modern close to the railwaystation but in a nice area. Waking distance to monuments , transport to Pont du Gard, Train etc. Good breakfast included and parking nearby (8 e/day). Great new hotel across from the station.Very comfortable beds and quiet rooms,parking is easy the breakfast was very good and the staff were helpful. Very close to the train station, yet very quite with windows closed.Room is spacious and comfortable. Fresh orange juice for breakfast is a delight. Very practical, large and comfortable room. After visiting Nice, Monaco, Cannes, San Tropez, Perpignan and Carcassonne, somehow Nimes is not the same. there is nothing to not like. Nothing particular, but I had expected Tortilla de patatas in the buffet breakfast, as is the case for the Ibis at Paris and Lyon. Fire alarm going off at 6.30am! Assumed it was a mistake as couldn't hear any other warning sound, but this could have been dangerous if a genuine emergency. Nothing bad about this hotel. Nothing!. Nothing not to like. lack of furniture and mirror in the room, colors very bright. No decaf coffee. Did not like plastic furniture in the room. No comfortable chairs to sit on. The garish decoration (orange wall) in a room that is already very small. It would be more relaxing to have quieter colours in a small room but you can still get design/trendy decor. Bit difficult to find using our gps!. Nothing. Nothing.
