Daughter, Alice, was there to receive us and explain everything we needed to know. She was informative and very sweet and friendly. She suggested we leave the car parked and take the bus into town which was a short ride. The bus stops just a few steps from their door.
Lovely home, nice breakfast setting. It's actually a mini apartment with a sitting area with a TV, nice walk in shower, and a bedroom. Catherine does a very good job. 所有 评语 »
The owner is very helpful. Location is 20 min. walk from all the best sites in Nancy. The bed was comfortable; the room was large.

The bed was comfortable. The owners daughter was friendly and very
helpful in arranging dinner reservations as the owner was not present.
What is advertised on letsbookhotel.com: Opening onto the garden, each room at La Maison de Catherine has an elegant décor, a TV and a private bathroom with free toiletries and bathrobes. Reality: there is only 1 room for guests and it is on the lower level. It does not open onto the garden. And the room doesn't have a lock on the door.
We had trouble finding the place because the sign is very small and it
is on a busy street. I paid ahead of time, but Catherine did not have a
record. Fortunately, I had a printed copy of payment with me.

Almost everything about this place! The owner had her own agenda which
caused us problems in accessing the property. It took over an hour to be
able to get inside as an automatic gate could not be opened. Our room
was shabby and tired looking; motion detectors in 2 rooms were always
going off/on; there was no lock on door into our room and only a
portable screen separating our toilet from the rest of the house!.
