  Everything about this place is deluxe. As soon as we got there, they took care of everything, including a room upgrade. Even having to change the reservation just 10 days before was not a problem. - Staff very friendly and helpful. Room is very clean, comfortable and fully equipped with IT systems.   Caroline and Ronaldo are a lovely, warm couple who made us feel very welcome. The room, with its 15ft high ceiling, was very clean and spacious and our outlook over the pool and garden was pretty. Staff were very friendly. - We found the hotel to be extremely convenient both for the railway station and for the historic centre of the town.
