  Everything about this place is deluxe. As soon as we got there, they took care of everything, including a room upgrade. Even having to change the reservation just 10 days before was not a problem. - Staff very friendly and helpful. Room is very clean, comfortable and fully equipped with IT systems.   Caroline and Ronaldo are a lovely, warm couple who made us feel very welcome. The room, with its 15ft high ceiling, was very clean and spacious and our outlook over the pool and garden was pretty.   I was very, very happy with me stay. The room was spacious and very comfortable - I did have a pullout sofa-bed in my room, and I found it perfectly comfortable. The room and bathroom were both very clean, and the free modem internet (cable provided) was great. Staff were very friendly. - We found the hotel to be extremely convenient both for the railway station and for the historic centre of the town. The location is also great, very near shopping center with lots of restaurants and a tram station that had really good connections to the city center.
