  The owners were superb, friendly and very welcoming, we did not feel rushed to depart the next day. They joined us for breakfast and we sat and talked as we would with our friends. They were excellent with our young children (2 and 4 1/2 years old) and let us relax in their home.   Nice stop over hotel, with decent, modern aircon rooms and great staff. It's in a supermarket/retail park area so not picturesque but that didn't matter as it was convenient for shops and restaurants. In any case a pretty little town was only 10-15 minutes walk away if you want the proper french experience.
