  My stay was an utter delight from arrival to departure. The staff were a joy to meet and interact with, and very helpful at all times. The bed was amazingly comfortable .... deliciously so, apparently hand-made in Sweden (I want one). The village location is quiet and very picturesque. A short taxi ride to Nice airport, I've previously used Chateau le Cagnard as a haven before the long flight to Australia and - 1-The Junior Suite's comfortable bed, pillow, and down comforter. 2-Hotel is in a fantastic medieval village that is still inhabited and sits atop a high hill (or small mountain) with a view of the Mediterranean Sea and the surrounding mountains. 3-Fabulous gourmet restaurant with Chef Stephan. Dinner is not to be missed! Try the goat cheese spread, and steak or chicken dinners.   Very spacious suite with great facilities and fantastic views to the mountains and the sea. The whole house was very clean and full of character.
