Helpful, friendly reception. Wifi code immediately offered. Continental breakfast OK. Secure free parking on site off road. Bed comfortable. Very warm. Not immediately obvious where reception is. Dinner finishes at 9pm. Rabbit warren of stairs to dining room above. Ice/snow not cleared from parking area. Room a bit small. Next-door activity & voices audible from within the room. No facility for making coffee/tea in the room.
