Convenience - close to town centre. Great location and very convenient for a short ski trip. It is a fair 3-star hotel. Nothing. We couldnt wait to leave the hotel after our short 2 night stay. It fulfilled my expectations, but I think the breakfast could be better. The owner manager was incredibly rude and unhelpful. Apparently he hates the British and has a terrible reputation in Megeve. The hotel was run on fear and all the staff were in fear of the owner and his black moods. A cot had been ordered and confirmed but not supplied without a major fuss. It then proves unsafe for our grandchild and had to be changed. Bar food and snacks , though advised available were not unless booked hours in advance, which is difficult when travelling.
