  The hotel is great, very modern, big and pleasant room and bathroom, all the comfort you can expect. The location is good in terms of being beside the train station if you are traveling by train but not that safe specially on Friday/Sat. nights, good thing is there are guards around. Actually, the only thing we think needs to improve is the staff... 别人怎么说 » 's way to alternate with customers, we find there were very cold and not trying to help. This is something they need to change, at least some of them. - This was the best hotel we ,stayed in on our whole six-week trip!!! The room was spacious, comfortable, modern, and very clean. The bathroom was very modern and clean, with an excellent shower. The Reception staff were helpful and spoke English well. Our only regret was we were only staying one night. Would have loved to have stayed longer. After the tiny hotel rooms, and bathrooms, in Paris and Stasbourg, this hotel was wonderful!!!! We would definitely recommend this hotel.
