  The food and its location - The Hotel was in fact close to the Sanctuary as it states. It was also nice to have a restaurant at the hotel. The food was good but a little over-priced.

  A very friendly staff (at the reception), he's so nice and very accommodating, even the lady on the phone.Please extend my "salut" to him, the information for the masses and procession upon the arrival at the reception was so appreciated!!!   Location very close to Basilica, shops and restaurant. Realy good value for travellers on a budget for time and money as we booked the hotel with a very good deal. We paid no extra for an extra bed as a bonus too. Really helpful receptionists and dining room staff. In particular, Marie Christine and one other lady receptionist. Good hotel design as well specially the reception desk, - The hotel is a lovely place. The nature surrounding the place is superb. Staff is cooperative, excellent and very informative. The location is holy and adds beauty to the overall scene.

  it was superb i would like to recommend any body to stay there.the room has all the facilities, microwave, fridge, cooker, cutlery, kettle, also the room was too clean the staff was curtious, im looking to stay there again - Location. Great helpful staff with good command of English Their recommendation of restaurant was excellent.
