  This was my second year at the hotel while I was on a pilgrimage to Lourdes. It is peaceful, very clean, very safe, and most of all very friendly.   The location of this hotel is closer to the centre of the town but the basilica, which I think is quite good because everything is slightly cheaper compare to that side. The hotel locates on a small hill so you'll feel safe if there's flood, on the other hand, it takes some effort to move around. Staff are so friendly and always willing to help!   The owners were very accomidating. They graciously didn't charge us for the first night for which we were unable to stay there because we had train problems.
