Nice (modern) decor, good size room, welcoming, good location, friendly staff. Simple kitchen facilities in room if you want to prepare food. (Note: the reception desk closes at 9 p.m. If you plan to arrive later, call ahead to make arrangements; they can give you a code to open the front door.). I love the new hotel/apartment concept. The hotel was clean and the staff spoke English so it was easy to communicate. The location is also near the sanctuaries. It was really best value for the money. Will stay there again.
所有评语 » Its cleanliness and proximity to the Grotto were the 2 most favorable to us. It was easy to get back to if you have to go back mid-day or stay late at the Grotto for the candle light procession. the big rooms and the quality of the rooms, so close to the main reasons for my visit. it was the best place i stayed in for ages. It was modern quiet and clean. Close to a market and with the in room kitchen I could budget well. privacy, size of hotel room and cooking facilities, air conditioning. Very good location. Worthy of price. Lovely 2 bedroom which was clean and comfortable, excellent view and good location. Very close to all the Lourdes sites, rooms were well sound insulated. The rooms were clean and well equiped. Apart from the pillows which were flat and could of done with some spare ones in the rooms.Location. It was near the Lourdes Sanctuary. The hotel room was kept clean. Toilet and bath were very clean. The rooms were clean and comfortable though small and met our expectations in most respects. We had practically no interaction with the staff except on check-in and check-out which were handled efficiently. Hence the rating of 'average' for Staff and Services.The closeness to the sanctuaries and it was convenient to have a small kitchen. We will use it next time and maybe other Citea hotels. location, simplicity, quietness, view from window, very comfortable. cleanliness of room and the price. very near to the Sanctuary.The hotel was nice and warm (very cold weather during our stay), and it was very handy for the Sanctuaries and the Grotto. The door operates with a code so one can go in and out of the hotel even in very early hours.Close to the Grotto and all the things we wanted to see. Within walking distance of the shrine and major sites. The automatic door that got locked out so everybody had to use the service door. There was nothing unfavorable to us about the hotel. We would stay there again if we have another opportunity to visit Lourdes.some of the hotel policys were not adhered to. guests were not approached to keep down the noise for other travellers. Reception closed and main door was locked after certain hours making it a problem if you did not know the code or arrived late.I understand that check in closes at 6pm on Sundays but it was extremely frustrating that there was no way of entering the hotel after this time as the reason we were late was beyond our control. Luckily a neighbouring hotel managed to contact where we were staying and we eventualy got in but had this not happened we would have been stuck for somewhere to stay. There were no cleaning materials - dishwash liquid or soap and dishcloth. If we had cooked meals, cleaning-up would have created problems. The microwave oven was placed too high.bed top cover sheet needed cleaning and did not know where to put key when leaving as had early flight and no one available - 6 a.m. but I should have checked the night before. I send e-mail to the Hotel how to commute from the airport . No answer.Reception only opened between 9 and 12 and again between 2 and 6 pm, the rest of the time there was only an emergency number to contact. The rooms (we had a two-room suite) were fairly small although adequate. Even though they were within three blocks of the Grotto they would not tell us where it was!. Studio suite is best for one person vice two.
