  Owner was most gracious in accepting an error I made in my reservation, which caused her to have to spend some time waiting for my partner and I. The facility itself is excellently located in the center of Lille, close to all attractions.   We liked everything. Apartments are very cosy and comfortable. Furniture is beautiful with antic details. Kitchen is very good equiped. And the fridge was fool of food, so we could make great breakfast. There is underground parking with elevator. So it is very easy to take luggage to the room. I think it is the best apartments I've ever - Our hostess was wonderful; friendly, smart and beautiful. The apartment was compact and gorgeous, stunningly decorated and fully equipped with everything we could have wished for. Our loctaion was fantastic overlooking the cathedral and central in the old part of town with very many bars, restaurants and shops right on our doorstep. We will visit this apartment hotel again and again, we had a fabulous stay there.

  The location was perfect just across from the station. The flat itself was very well appointed with a great view of the street. The flat was much nicer then most hotels in Lille that were twice as much - Excellent situation near the (Flandres) rail station. The bedsit had all you'd need for a short self-catering stay.   This appartment was wonderful. Located in an old building, in a first floor without lift, but totally new, modern, nice and really clean. Beds comfortable. Wifi working with no troubles, TV, washing machine, drier... you feel just like being at home! And it is really close to the train station and to the city centre.   The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel has recently been renovated and everything has a "new" look about it. The rooms are very well lit so reading in bed is not a problem. All rooms are easily accessible to wheelchairs - stairlift, elevator are available. The mattresses are very comfortable, I.E. not too soft. The location was excellent - right in the heart of Lille, but in a side street so it was relatively quiet overnight.
