A hidden gem. Probably the best design / boutique hotel I have ever stayed in. Extremely comfortable room, spacy bathroom, very helpfull staff, delicious breakfast, to name just a few. I had stayed in different hotels in Lille before but finally found the one that I will definitely come back to next time. Everyone up! :). The staff were very friendly and helpful. The decor of the Hotel was modern, well-balanced and clean. The location was very handy for both Lille Eurostar and getting into the City to sightsee and eat out at night. The Breakfast was also very good in terms of food quality and value for money.

Breakfast is reach . all personel is helpful and friendly .rooms are clean and modern.I higly recommned this hotel I would definately stay there again . Very comfortable room. Lovely bathroom and l'occitane products. Good hair drier. Great coffe and tea making machine and plenty of extra products available on asking. Very quiet room especially as close to station and centre of the town.nothing too much trouble for the staff. Great location and easy to get to from Lille Europe station. Very close to main square. Hotel rooms were very nice, great bathroom and very modern. Quiet in regards to traffic. Staff very friendly and made recommendations and booked us for some great restaurants. Warm welcome on arrival from reception staff. Nothing missed. We did not have to ask a single question. They even escorted us to the lift. Rooms were a littlle on the compact size, but very comfortable with lovely fittings and a great large shower. Staff friendly and helpful. Great shower and quality toiletries. Large HD flat screen TV. Free room safe. Free Wi-Fi. Located 10 mins walk from Eurostar and 5 mins to city centre. Fair price compared with other hotels. The hotel staff were so welcoming and helpful. The bedroom and bathroom had high quality fittings and all very clean. The breakfast was also excellent A good location enabling us to easily walk into the city centre. We got a friendly and warm welcome. The receptionist was very helpful and explained everything we needed to know. The room was nicely decorated. We recommend this hotel as base for a Lille city trip. The self service drinks in the room could benefit from having milk sachets supplied. Room was quite dark as it faced a small internal courtyard about 12 square feet and surrounded by tall walls. Didn't have breakfast as it was 15 euros extra and lots of places nearby.parking was about 10 mins walk away but tricky to find if you don't know Lille even with directions from lovely staff. Lack of mini bar/fridge in room as was away for a mini break and wanted to put some drinks in fridge to keep cold. Also could clearly hear squeaking/ noise coming from above rooms when guests were walking around their hotel rooms. The only negative I could find was the solid floor covering which seemed to accentuate the noise of early morning foot steps in room above ours. Room was narrow. Drinks expensive (Eu12 cocktail, Eu15 brandy). Eu15 for continental breakfast seems high but it was nice and other options outside were also expensive. Parking situation was a bit difficult. Room is small for three but satisfactory for a short stop. lille itself, stay to the old town don't venture out, very sketchy town and very dirty. do venture to the wazamme market. All good. all okay. Room was very cramped for three people Very small lift - said it would take five, but was cosy with three and very cosy with cases!!. None, everything is perfect. Corridors very narrow, difficult to get around the cleaners trolleys. nothing. Car parking is remote-one block away. OK but a little inconvenient. The location is good and seems safe but there are beggers in the street outside and some touting for street parking spaces. We were in a triple room but having asked for an extra coffee cup and glass and extra coffeeon the 1st day, the cleaning staff never left extra ones each day when the room was cleaned. Room were small but it was ok just for two of us. Just not being able to get in when we came back in the evening, but the woman on reception was very apologetic - she'd just been called away for a few minutes. On two occasions only one new towel was left in our room by the cleaners - had to ask at the reception desk for another towel Reception desk staff very helpful on these occasions. The cold weather!!. Nothing really. Lack of space in the room, no breakfast included. Overall impression: hotel UP has the qualities of a 3-star hotel, but not a 4-star one. It was all good. - the room is too small for 3 people. nothing - even though it was a small room it did manage to fit everything in comfortably. Limited public facilities. Considering the lack of facilities and the fact breakfast was not included, I thought it was expensive. The air conditioning in room 503 was noisy, which affected a good nights sleep. At the breakfast table there was an effort to have lovely plates and cups etc that it left absolutely no room on the table for anything else. Nothing!. Lille was disappointing and the back street dirty. Aside from that we enjoyed a relaxing stay. Even in the Hotel is located in the center, the environment very next to the Hotel is not so nice. While close to train station which was good, the locale could have been better, but you can't have it both ways. Room a bit small. parking. The beggars outside.The room was very small for a family of four. .
