  Everything was brand new. Apartment was well equipped. On site parking was reasonably priced. The refurbishments are not quite finished yet, but this did not affect us.   The hotel is slap bang in the heart of Montpellier, the room was comfortable clean and everything worked. It was remarkably good value for a city centre hotel, not pretentious, but the welcome was warm and friendly.
