  Small, cozy and well appointed hotel. My superior double room had three large windows/french doors which allowed for fresh air and light. Small bright sink/shower area was well designed and the rain style showerhead quickly provides plenty of soothing hot water.   Very good location-near Paris city centre, with metro station just in front. Clean, spacious room and toilet. Comfy bed, closet for clothes. Now, that's excellent customer service! - I liked that the room had a nice window that had a cute view (of other condos) and of the Eiffel Tower. I also liked that they had a convenient closet so we could organize our clothes.   The location was excellent - a safe neighbourhood and very near Bus 72, which took a route along the Seine right to the Hotel de Ville. The double glazing + air-conditioning meant we had a very good night's sleep. Although the rooms were small, this did not detract from the other advantages of the hotel.
