Our suite was the smallest – the “studio” next to the office on the second floor (they didn’t have a standard reception desk), but it was exactly as lovely as shown on the website.   The staff was great! We arrived at 2 am and they were waiting for us with everything ready. The next morning they helped us tremendously with our car reservation ( which the car company could not find). This was very much appreciated since it was a holiday in France and most places were closed. Reception working 24-7, taxi to airport - no problem. Nice renovated room with new furniture. We'll definetely be back again.

  Loved the hotel, about 1 block away from the metro, few blocks to champs elysees blvd and the arch de triumph. staff was great and helpful, especially the evening, Mapped everything out for us to visit and how to get there. I would definitely stay there again - WE loved the view of the Eiffel tower when we walked out of the front door of the hotel
