The hotel is located on a short block between two busy streets with several restaurants. The metro is very close by so while the location is s good ways from the main tourist area of Paris, it is easily assessable.   I took my daughter to Paris for the weekend. The hotel is very clean and very comfortable. The staff is extremely helpful and kind. We stayed in a double room which seemed to have been recently renovated. The bathroom was very nice! But the best part of the hotel is the location-the metro stop is around the corner.
