  I expected less based on reviews (with all due respect to previous reviewers), but surprisingly staff was very service, polite and helpful, also room & bathroom were restored, neat and very clean.   The location was excellent. The tree lined Rue Tronchet was one of the most beautifully streets we found in Paris. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and had a lot of charm. (I clicked excellent value for money above - this was because we got a good deal.   Excellent value for money.Fantastic staff that were very friendly and helpful in getting around Paris. Very quiet but central to everything - hotel ok, lovely and central in Paris. Reception staff polite and helpful. Rooms ok, Decor not very attractive!

  Found to the hotel to be extremely comfortable. Did not eat in the hotel so can't comment on the food. Staff were extremely helpful. Location was quite good. Right beside Galeries Lafayette and alot of other shops but a little further away from the main tourist attractions that I thought.
