The hotel location is very convenient with many cafes, grocery stores and metro stations nearby. The room (bedroom, kitchenette and bathroom) was well equipped and very comfortable, clean, and spacious. The staff at the front desk was very professional, attentive, helpful and kind. Elsa, Xavier and the lady on duty the day of our departure (1/12/13 around 12:00 pm) were particularly outstanding on their performance. We truly felt this was our home away from home. The food was excellent, the staff were friendly and helpful. Cabin was nice. Upper cabins quieter than lower ones. -
The atmosphere was very romantic and the music perfect for a romantic dinner, the food was fresh and very tasty, we took the dinner on a wonderful boat and the staff did their best and acted very professional.
