Even when the hotel is far from the main interest points of Paris, it is very close to the Metro, with a 3 minute walk you are riding in the line that takes you to the museums directly. -

The room was on 5th floor under the roof, but with acceptable height if you are under 1.90m. You take the lift to the 4th and climb a few more steps to arrive to that nice cosy room. We were pleasantly surprised that when we asked what the wonderful smell was coming from the kitchens the staff took the initiative to ask the chef and we got a selection of wonderful warm pieces of cakes he had just baked.
