Very close to public transport (access to and from airport is best done via train - get off at Jourdain station). Internet (free) wifi access on every floor. Much cheaper to eat out in local area than in the centre of Paris. These are much more convenient than getting the metro, and the busstop is dierectly opposite Gare du Nord.
