Water pressure was marvelous, and there was plenty of hot water....something we don't always find in Europe. Location was literally 2 minutes walk to train station. Very helpful staff. It helps if you know a little French. The lovely lady who helps run the Hotel is a Sweetie. It was very clean, comfy and tidy. Brilliant value being in the heart of Nice, Loved the old and new Nice . So close and convenient to the Metro Station, cafe's, shopping and the square was just alive with buskers and entertainment. And oh the Restaurants.
