The staff were very helpful and they upgraded our room for free because we traveled with our little daughter. The room is really nice, spacious, with a balcony with a wonderful view over the mountains, Chamonix and the river. The hotel is actually by the river and it is in a very nice location in Chamonix, by the main pedestrian road but in a quiet place. An extra plus is the available parking on site. We would recommend the hotel to anyone travell

  The apartment was very spacious set on two levels. The appointments and equipment was very good and included essentially every thing up to 4 people could ask for. There was no need for a bond payment, as the apartment was administered by the hotel which was just a few steps away. Doesn't look much from outside but don't let that fool you.
