The staff was incredible and more along the lines of what I wuld expect from a 5 star hotel. The gentleman who works during the evenings got us an unforgetable dinner after 9 pm on Valentines Day.   The Location which central to tourist sites + the cleanliness of the room - The location was fantastic, the Scribe is an excellent hotel with very polite staff.
