  Staff were very attentive, enthusiastic and helpful - and there was always at least a few present, so speaking to someone was always fast and easy. The guest computer and printer in the reception lobby was a nice bonus too (as I urgently needed to print documents for the semi de Paris. Fresh squeezed orange juice as well! - The hotel has excellent location right near metro Bercy, 2 stations from Chatelet. There are several nice restaurants and a nice park nearby. Breakfast is nice, no warm meal though. Just ham, cheese, break, croissants (excellent), juice, cafe, some fruits, jogurts. But plenty of all of it and in a good quality.

  It was actually my dad who stayed in the hotel and he told me everything was great, staff really made the effort to comunicate to him even if he speaks only portuguese and rooms were perfectly clean, spacious and confortable.   The food was excellent, the staff were friendly and helpful. Cabin was nice. Upper cabins quieter than lower ones. - The atmosphere was very romantic and the music perfect for a romantic dinner, the food was fresh and very tasty, we took the dinner on a wonderful boat and the staff did their best and acted very professional.
