  The staff is excellent. They are friendly, competent, and also speak English well for those of us that are not that skilled in French. The location is perfect, and also quiet.   The location of the hotel is fantastic - its easy to find and very close to Blanche metro station. Moulin Rouge is just round the corner and there are plenty of bars and restaurants in the vicinity. Our room (a Superior Double) was tastefully furnished and spotlessly clean. The staff was great too, we totally recomend the breakfast, for only 15 euros you get everything you need.   The location was perfect - in the heart of a Montmartre neighborhood with a metro stop nearby. We had a room that faced the street. It was great to see the people and shops during the day. And, at night. The windows kept all of the street noise outside. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Excellent location in awesome Montmartre. We were on the roadside and there were major roadworks involving machine drilling on at the time, but when you close the windows you could not hear a sound, and could sleep-in in the mornings without a problem. Will recommend Hotel Lepic. You can walk anywhere and the Metro is less than 200m down the road.

  Lovely hotel, very clean and modern, deluxe room a great size and third bed comfortable and ample size for my 6'2" tall son. Great location with easy access to Metro. As a single mum travelling with two teenagers, did not find the 'lively location' a problem at all, it added to the fun. No noise from other rooms or location during night.
