  The staff was extremely helpful at all times - they even arranged a last minute ride to the airport for us due to a transit strike - The staff was very friendly and helpful. All spoke English well enough to answer any concerns or questions we had. The metro was just a short walk away with easy access to all of Paris.   Very nice and clean room; delicious breakfast (although we had to que toget the table); late access to the swimming pool; not too far from thecity center - metro station nearby.   It is a very nice hotel. They renewed it this year (it was Ideal hotel previously). I liked new furniture and bathroom. The bed was big enough and very comfortable.
