  Very spacious modern apartment.... surpassed our expectations !! Friendly, helpful staff. Great location... only a few minutes walk to two metro stations.   We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We've been to Paris several times, and this was a short trip at the end of our holiday in the French countryside. Firstly, it's a lively location, with trendy bars and hipster cafes next door to cram-packed african hair salons. From our room we had a - The best booking ever: Warm welcoming, helpful staff always smiling (none is french), we were lucky with an upgrade for the same price which made our stay (3 nights) wonderful. The studio was very spacious, GREAT kitchenette, nice living room with flat TV, spacious and very QUIET bedroom with large bed and big cupboard.   Loved being in the heart of things - next door to the moulin rouge, in an area of paris that never sleeps. We were four storeys up with a full length balcony, so could watch everything from our apartment.noise was not a problem as he apartments are double glazed. But also loved the restaurants which were a 5 minute walk away. Highly recommend 'L - Location: in the middle of a lively area that stays awake throughout most of the night (hotel is adjcent to Moulin Rouge), it is also 50m from an entrance to the metro. Still at night, if the windows are shut - the room is quiet and cozy. Size: it is certainly not large, but compared to other places at this price range we managed (with 5/8yr old kids) perfectly well inside - anything more may become an issue!
