  Nice apartment very clean and new, good value - swimming and access tothe beach was great and near facilities restaurants shops etc - Great location for summer break, close to Cap Ferret and the Medoc. Self catering apartment is a good idea.

  There was plenty of hot water and clean towels. The owner was friendly and gave advice on places to visit and to cycle to - there were 5 bicycles for us to use (mixture of sizes and condition, but OK for pottering to the beach and to the lac). There were also 3 body boards, so this saved us from bringing our own from England.
