You can collect the keys at the agency of Kaysersberg, Monday to Saturday. between 14:00 and 18:00. For arrivals before these hours, the property will charge an extra fee of EUR 30 per stay. Please note that for arrivals and departures on Sundays and public holidays the property will charge an extra fee of EUR 60 per stay if you collect the keys directly at the apartment.
