  Staff was helpful and friendly. We arrived early (before check-in time) and the staff was helpful in getting us a room quickly. Hotel décor is modern but comfortable. Breakfast buffet was great.   I was in business trip with Swiss Air. Even though the hotel 2 stars, but it has so many things that you don’t find in better hotels.   This place was amazing - so beautiful and contemporary, we loved the decor and furniture. We were traveling with our 4 year old son who slept on the sleeper sofa and was very comfortable. The location to the Basel Airport is also fantastic and made our very early departure easy to deal with.   I liked the room and I felt excellent there. The staff was nice. Is really close to the tram station in Basel. - Easy access to basel (50m walk and 10min tram). All you need in a little apartment room. Great heating too!!
